Ghais Semaan is a senior structural engineer with more than 25 years of professional experience in the design and assessment of both traditional and specialised structures across Canada, the MENA region, and Africa.

Ghais has a strong technical background in Mast- Climbers systems, Scaffolding & Formwork/Shoring systems, combining structural engineering principles with specialised applications for vertical and lifting structures.

Ghais is a professionally qualified engineer in Canada and holds a Master’s degree in Engineering, with active involvement in research and development activities. His experience spans structural design, verification, and compliance for complex and non-standard structures, delivered in accordance with international codes, standards, and norms.

In addition to his core engineering practice, Ghais holds multiple professional qualifications and certifications, enabling him to work confidently within diverse regulatory environments and multidisciplinary teams.
